Gator Tours - Shuttle Launch Question!?

I have a question..... I will be taking my little boy with me to view the launch from the Visitor Complex in Kennedy. Are we allowed to bring the cheap umbrella strollers with us? They are as small and portable as the chairs we can bring.. Also what about snacks? My son is on a special diet and can't eat just anything. Can anyone help me with this and maybe give some advice ... if you have taken a child before with Gator Tours....? Thank you!
