I need help !!!.. collecting 1964 Kennedy Half Dollars coins?

Curtisport2 seems to have it nailed down. The silver eagle and Peace dollars have even a little added collector value in low grades as long as they are not damaged. One can find junk silver that is dimes, quarters & 1/2 dollars that are damaged or in very low grades for less that spot but remember they are not full weight, due to the damage or wear and are weight at time of sale. One other thing is the price of silver has to go up enough to cover the shipping costs also. I stick to collector coins, but also collect the proof silver eagles. I would say you are more of a silver hoarder than a collector. Good luck in your endeavor.
