Should I dye my hair light brown or blonde? (;?

Okay so, I'm not pale but I'm not too tan either... my skin tone is I'm sorta like Victoria Justice's skin tone.. I'm hispanic (just to give you more of an idea of how my skin is) so I was thinking of painting my hair.. light brown or maybe dark blonde.... or somewhere in between, what do you recommend? Right now its dark brown.
