What would be the best brand of hair dye?
i wanna dye my hair a really really light blonde. i have recently dyed my hair auburn red and it was temporary so now my hair is an orangy light brown since not all the color came out so i was wondering whats a really good brand of hair dye that would totally change my hair to very light blonde?
