PERMANENT Neon Purple Hair Dye?

I really want to dye my hair neon purple. I want permanent not semi-permanent dye. I can't find any. Manic Panic has too dark tones of purple otherwise they're my go to dye. Any ideas? I bleach my hair beforehand just so you know.
