My hair is sooo damaged and falling out:((?

i recently bleached my hair (which was a disaster) and i want my hair back to dark, but i don't want to dye it. the texture is already so ruined because of the bleaching so what can i do to help that? also, can i glaze it back to dark brown? my hair is a light ash brown right now and i just want it dark again because it looks terrible!
