Legal rights regarding tubal ligation in Alabama?

You can not make a person get a tubal ligation especially if she is a Catholic which I think is helping her. Catholic's are against tubal ligation. All birth control for that matter. In the declaration of independents we have freedom of religion and this is probably the law that she hided behind.
