Hair dye color options?

I am 17 years old and hispanic and I am considering of dying my hair another color. I naturally have dark brown hair and my skin color is pretty dark. I have always wanted to dye my hair another color but you see the majority of the colors out there are pretty bright, which is what I want but I don't know what color would suit me best due to my skin color. People who usually can pull off a crazy hair color are people with very light skin color which I do not have but I stilll wanna try. If you can give me some options as to which hair dye color will suit my skin color I will very much be thankful.
