The USS Kennedy is it still in operation?

My son, Devonjee O. Bryant served on the USS, Kennedy. I do not remember the year, I think that it was in the nineties. Well, my question is how do I go about finding out who his officers were and his fellow ship mates were then. Reason being since he has been out after his four year journey, I as his mother has not done aything to honor him any way. Well I think the time is now. Who do I contact and how?
